Fill out the order pad as you browse the catalog. We bill on account only to institutions that have accounts with us. All others will be contacted with your payment options.

· Prices shown are F.O.B. shipping point, and subject to change without notice. Merchandise ordered will be shipped at the lowest prices prevailing. UPS or FedEx is used whenever possible, except for heavy or bulky goods.
· When ordering please list quantity wanted; name of the item; catalog number, page and price; also give color, finish and size where applicable. Complete information will expedite delivery.
· Sales on account are past-due 30 days from invoice date.
· Restocking fees may be assessed against returned merchandise.
